How do I place and order?
You can either order from our on-line shop or by phoning us on 01989 740380.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Visa Delta, Solo (except Amex) and Switch debit cards.
When will I be charged for my order?
Payment is only taken when your order is in stock and ready to be despatched. We will send you a confirmation email at this point, to let you know your goods have been despatched and that the payment has been taken. We suggest you print this and keep a copy for your records.
What about delivery?
We normally keep all our products in stock and we do our best to despatch by the next working day.We offer free delivery on UK orders over £30. We use the Royal Mail and for addresses in the UK you should receive your order in about 2-5 days. If you choose Express delivery with a courier you will receive your order in 1 - 3 days.

What if things are out of stock?
If we are out of stock, don't worry, we will contact you to let you know when the items will be available again. We will give you the choice of putting the goods on back order, offer you an alternative, or give you a full refund...and of course, apologise!
Are my goods insured?
Yes, and if goods are not delivered or delivered faulty, we will replace them.
What happens if part of my order is out of stock?
Postage is charged on the initial order only.
Returns and Exchanges
We try hard to please - but if you are not satisfied with a product, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 28 days, and return the goods to:

Items will be refunded or exchanged providing that they are in the same condition as when you received them and that you take reasonable care that the item is returned safely and undamaged in transit. Unfortunately, post and package costs are non refundable and we cannot be held responsible for returns that do not arrive with us. In the event of the goods being faulty, we will cover all costs of postage and either offer a refund or exchange the goods. Please ask the Post Office for a free certificate of postage.
