What payments does New House accept?

We accept all major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Visa Delta, Solo (except Amex) and Switch debit cards, either on our on-line shop, or by phoning on 01989 740380.

When will I be charged for my order?

Payment is only taken when your order is in stock and ready to be dispatched. We will send you a confirmation email at this point, to let you know your goods have been dispatched and that the payment has been taken. We suggest you print this and keep a copy for your records.

What happens if my order is out of stock?

If we are unfortunately out of stock, we will contact you to let you know when the item will be available again, and give you a choice of cancelling the order, or selecting another item. If you choose to put the item on ?back order?, we will dispatch it as soon as it comes back into stock, and payment will be taken at the point of dispatch.

What happens if part of my order is out of stock?

Postage is charged on the initial order only.

Returns and Exchanges

We try hard to please - but if you are not satisfied with a product, please notify us at orderenquiries@newhousetextiles.com within 28 days, and return the goods to:

New House Textiles Ltd, How Caple Court, How Caple, Hereford HR1 4SX.

Items will be refunded or exchanged providing that they are in the same condition as when you received them and that you take reasonable care that the item is returned safely and undamaged in transit. Unfortunately, post and package costs are non refundable and we can not be held responsible for returns that do not arrive with us. In the event of the goods being faulty, we will cover all costs of postage and either offer a refund or exchange the goods. Please ask the Post office for a free certificate of postage.
