1. Definition The ?Company? referred to in these conditions is NEW HOUSE TEXTILES LTD.
2. Prices Prices are subject to alteration without notice.
3. VAT Prices are quoted inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
4. Claims Claims for loss, damage or shortage will only be valid if the Company is notified within 28 days of the invoice date.
5. Faults All materials must be examined as no claim can be entertained after the goods have been cut, marked or made up.
6. Liability The Company cannot be held responsible for any consequential loss, no matter how caused. Thus any claim will be limited to the value of the goods supplied, less any discount taken.
7. Performance No warranty is given or is to be implied as to the life and wear of goods supplied. The Company shall use materials as specified by the buyer, but subject to all reasonable tolerances in colour and performance.
8. All discounts & special offers apply to UK customers only, unless otherwise stated.
   

THESE CONDITIONS FORM PART OF ANY CONTRACT CONCLUDED WITH THE PURCHASER, UNLESS SPECIFICALLY MODIFIED IN QUOTATION OR CONFIRMATION
