herring small tray

A handy size tray, perfect for transporting a nice cup of tea and a slice of cake to your favourite chair. Designed by Marianne Nilsson in the 1950s and made in Sweden by a family run company using traditional techniques. Layers of birch veneer are applied by hand, heated then pressed. The edges of the tray are sealed with wax for extra washability.
