New House is now as well-known for its unique homeware collection, as it is for our range of blind fabrics and accessories.
Our homeware collection is based on a mix of the expanding contemporary work of our own British designers, Charlotte, Laura and Melanie, and classic Swedish designs that have often been in continuous production since the 1950's. 
New House’s history goes back to 1921, when my grandfather Harold Stanier bought his first knitting machine in Manchester. Today, New House works from picturesque 300 year old buildings in rural Herefordshire and is still run by the same family.
