Payment is taken when you place your order. We will send you a confirmation email at this point to let you know we have received your order and then another when the goods have been despatched.
We try to keep all our products in stock and we do our best to despatch by the next working day. We offer free delivery on UK orders over £30. We use Royal Mail and for addresses in the UK you should receive your order in about 2-5 days. Next Day delivery is available for orders placed by midday.

If we are out of stock, don't worry, we will contact you to let you know when the items will be available again. We will give you the choice of waiting for the goods, offer you an alternative, or give you a full refund...and of course, apologise! ARE MY GOODS INSURED? Yes, and if goods are not delivered or delivered faulty, we will replace them free of charge.
Postage is charged on the initial order only.
We try hard to please - but if you are not satisfied with a product, please notify us via email on our contact us page within 28 days, and return the goods to: New House Textiles Ltd, How Caple Court, How Caple, Hereford HR1 4SX Items will be refunded or exchanged providing that they are in the same condition as when you received them and that you take reasonable care that the item is returned safely and undamaged in transit. Unfortunately, post and package costs are non-refundable for exchanges and we cannot be held responsible for returns that do not arrive with us. In the event of the goods being faulty, we will cover all costs of postage and either offer a refund or exchange the goods. Please ask the Post Office for a free certificate of postage.
